Penalty fares
You got into an inspection? Here you will find information on the fee regulations in the ZVV.
Penalty fare collection is regulated in a uniform way. The size of the penalty fare is determined based on the number of times the person has been caught without the appropriate ticket in the last two years. A distinction is made between journeys on a partially valid ticket and those without a valid ticket.
Penalty fares for journeys without a valid ticket

In each case, the amount includes a flat-rate fare of CHF 10.– |
