Half Fare Travelcard PLUS
The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS provides credit for purchasing public transport tickets over a year, offering up to CHF 900 in bonuses and a money-back guarantee for unused credit. Starting October 2024, it will be available for purchase via the ZVV app or the ZVV ticket shop.
The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS is a win-win: if you travel less than the amount paid in, the unused credit is refunded. If you travel more, you enjoy the bonus and additional free travel. Higher package prices come with larger bonuses, offering greater savings the more you travel.

Added Bonus
After using up your deposited amount, adults can receive a bonus of up to CHF 900, while children and young people can enjoy a bonus of up to CHF 1,425.
Money-back guarantee
At the end of the one-year term, any unused balance will be refunded up to the amount originally paid. However, the bonus will not be carried over and will expire.

Conditions
- The contract for the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS will be renewed automatically every year unless cancelled. Exceptions: Half Fare Travelcard PLUS contracts with minors is limited to one year.
- The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS is available for adults from the age of 25.
- The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS Youth ticket is available to children and young people from their 6th birthday up to two days before their 25th birthday.
- The Half Fare Travelcard PLUS is personal and non-transferable. Buying tickets for other people is not permitted.
- The Half Fare Travelcard is not part of the Half Fare PLUS Travelcard.

How to get your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS
Log into the ZVV app or ZVV ticket shop using your SwissPass login. You can then easily purchase the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS, enabling you to buy tickets for a year and enjoy the associated bonus.
How it works:
- Choose the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS package that you want (CHF 1000, CHF 2000 or CHF 3000 for adults or children/young people).
- Complete your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS contract.
- Pay in the corresponding amount.
- Activate the full credit balance as a payment method for purchasing your tickets. Once the deposit is fully used, the bonus will be automatically applied.
