Sales channels

Travelcards can be purchased or renewed through all sales channels, with the ZVV app  and ZVV ticket shop being the quickest and most convenient options. The app allows you to display your travelcard directly using "SwissPass Mobile" and ensures your travelcard is automatically considered when purchasing zone upgrades. Individual tickets and day tickets can also be loaded onto the SwissPass via the ZVV app or ZVV ticket shop.  Additionally, these platforms enable you to load a ticket onto the SwissPass of another person, such as a child or an elderly relative.

For those less comfortable with digital tools, the ZVV provides the option to order ticket by telephone from ZVV-Contact and have them loaded directly onto the SwissPass. With a single call—whether from a mobile or landline—the ticket is instantly available on the SwissPass, allowing the person to start their journey immediately. Payment is made by invoice.
