Ticket machines in the ZVV region

You can buy almost the entire range of ZVV tickets using the self-service ticket machines in the ZVV region, including monthly travelcards and multiple-journey tickets.

The ZVV Ticket Machines Have Been Upgraded!

All ZVV ticket machines have been upgraded with the latest technology to ensure they remain future-ready. Here's what's new:

1. New Payment Terminal

The ticket machines now feature a new payment terminal that supports contactless payments with the most common credit and debit cards.

2. Changes for buying the ZVV NetzPass

The new terminal now allows contactless reading of the SwissPass.

  • When buying a personal NetzPass (via the "Abonnemente" button) or checking existing subscriptions (via the "SwissPass" button), an instructional video will guide you to either place your SwissPass on the reader or manually enter your customer information.

Buy ZVV train, tram, bus and boat tickets quickly and easily at more than 1,400 ticket machines in the network area.

Modern ticket machines with touchscreen facility are also easy to use for people with disabilities. Customer service agents can also help passengers buy the tickets they need by controlling the ticket machines remotely.
