Data protection

Locating function

The "current location" function in the electronic timetable uses GPS, W-LAN or the browser's own locating function, depending on the terminal device. The browser's location function may produce inaccurate or no results if the location feature is disabled in your browser or if network limitations prevent precise identification of your device's location. The latter mainly occurs in corporate networks and with Swisscom subscribers who access the Internet via a LAN-connection.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The Zurich courts have jurisdiction over any disputes between the ZVV and users of its website arising from the use of the site, including its information, programmes, data, references, and offers. This is subject to the use of any mandatory courts of jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
