9 O'Clock Pass
Those who use the ZVV network after peak morning hours can benefit from very cheap fares offering discounts of almost 50 percent. It's also much easier to find a seat outside of peak times.
The ZVV 9 O'Clock Pass is valid Monday to Friday from 9am to 5am on the following day. On Saturdays, Sundays and on official holidays, the pass has unrestricted validity for the whole day.

- The ZVV 9 O'Clock Pass is issued on the SwissPass.
- Can be replaced for a fee in case of loss.
- In case you don’t carry your travel card with you during a ticket inspection, you will be issued a provisional surcharge. If you show your travel card within 10 days at any ticket counter you will only be charged a fee of CHF 5 instead of the full surcharge for travelling without a valid ticket.
- Can be combined with family discount offers such as travelcards for young adults or children's co-travelcards.
