Purchase or renew a ZVV travelcard online

Quick, simple, convenient: purchase or renew your ZVV travelcard in our App or Ticket Shop with just a few clicks.

The easiest way to purchase a travelcard: Simply select the desired travelcard online or via the ZVV App. You only need a SwissPass and a SwissPass Login.

How it works:

  1. Open the ZVV App or Ticket Shop and sign in with your SwissPass Login.
  2. Chose your desired travelcard by searching for a route or renew your existing one.
  3. Select your preferred payment method and complete the purchase.
  4. Your new travelcard will then be directly linked to your SwissPass.
