Can I get my ZVV travelcard replaced if it is lost or stolen?

In case of loss or theft, you can have your personal annual or monthly travelcard replaced for a fee. In case of loss or theft, transferable monthly travelcards as well as transferable annual travelcards cannot be replaced.
